Lanier Mariachis have been invited by the Rice University group Mariachi Luna Llena to be the opening performers for their concert THIS Sunday at the Lanier auditorium.
When: students should arrive at the band room this Sunday, April 24th, at 12:30 PM.
We will practice our pieces at this time. (We will also practice these pieces this Thursday after school at the regular mariachi rehearsal.)
We will open the concert at 2 PM.
Concert Dress: Collared, white button-down shirt or blouse, black pants or dress, black dress shoes. We have some black pants and black dress shoes if your child does not have these.
Students and families can stay and enjoy the rest of the concert.
Admission: Free. All parents, relatives and friends are invited to attend!
