The new 2021-2022 HISD safety “plan” is not a plan. It’s a lazy, paint all children of all ages with the same brush approach to a complicated public health crisis.
For starters, why would they have the same policy in place at high schools where essentially all children can be vaccinated that they have at middle and elementary schools?
